Villa Coco Rock - An Unforgettable Luxury Experience

Villa Coco Rock, also known as CRK, is a 6-bedroom villa located in Petit Cul de Sac within minutes of the beach and shopping. Nestled in the hills amongst a beautiful garden setting, this villa with 4 units on different levels offers stunning views of the bay and hills.

Living and Dining

The open well-equipped kitchen is the centerpiece of the living area, boasting a large island and seating for 12 guests. An adjacent shaded outdoor dining area with a huge wooden slab table and seating for 16 people provides a great space for entertaining. The cozy living room has a comfortable sectional in front of the U.S. satellite TV.

Bedrooms

The master bedroom is situated in a separate bungalow on the parking level and includes a private terrace with ocean views and an ensuite bathroom with an outdoor shower. On the other side of the parking area is a third unit with a terrace and 2 guest bedrooms, each with an outdoor shower. The highest unit offers 3 additional guest bedrooms, a large terrace, and outdoor kitchen. Two of these bedrooms have an outdoor shower, while the last has an indoor shower. All 6 bedrooms have a queen-size bed and U.S. satellite TV.

Outdoor Living

An outdoor living area is located underneath the gazebo next to the heated infinity pool. A large corner couch, complimented by bamboo chairs, offers comfortable seating. The deck with 3 large sun beds offers ample sunshine year-round. The house also comes with WiFi and a sound system with indoor and outdoor speakers.

House Cleaning Service

Villa Coco Rock, or CRK, comes with house cleaning service six days a week. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
